This policy explains what data TryClearTally collects and how it's used. We've kept it short on purpose: this is a calculator site, not a platform that needs your personal information to function.

Calculator inputs

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into a calculator (income, balances, rates, and so on) are never sent to our servers, stored, or logged — they exist only on your device for as long as the page is open.

Feedback and the email you give us

Our feedback pagelets you send us a message, optionally with your email address. If you leave an email, we use it only to follow up on what you sent — we don't add it to a mailing list or share it with anyone else. Your message and email (if provided) are stored so we can review and act on it; you can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing hello@trycleartally.com.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: basic site analytics (to understand which calculators are useful and fix what isn't working) and advertising, described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the calculators will still work without them.

Advertising and Google AdSense

This site is, or intends to be, supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites on the internet. Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (e.g. which pages are visited and roughly how often). This data is anonymized and aggregated, and is not linked to the values you enter into any calculator.

• Use a browser extension or ad blocker; the calculators remain fully functional.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
